Garland) - but enforcement was then delayed repeatedly through 2025 while a US ownership deal was negotiated, and TikTok never went dark for good, consistent with Paparo reading Trump as on the app side. (Prior summary was corrected: there WAS a definitive Supreme Court ruling, and Trump was president-elect in late 2024.)
