Kantrowitz predicted Mustafa Suleyman would leave Microsoft in 2025. The opposite of the prediction is what happened around it: Suleyman joined Microsoft in March 2024 as CEO of Microsoft AI through a roughly $650M Inflection licensing-and-hiring deal (Microsoft never acquired Inflection), and he remained in the seat through all of 2025 and into 2026 - Microsofts March 2026 Copilot reorg kept him as EVP and CEO of Microsoft AI, with Nadella saying he will continue to lead the AI effort. The auto-generated summary also had the Inflection sequence backwards (he left Inflection for Microsoft, not the reverse).
